Lucky Dragon

A serial number controversy almost killed this product. I turned the crisis into the 888 giveaway campaign, then built the entire Lucky Dragon ecosystem. Brand identity, packaging, weekly limited-release color bars that sell out every time. I conceived the 'Lucky' brand, the 888 piece count, and the collector engagement model, then coordinated with sales and fabrication to bring it to market. $10.6M and counting.

Commander Series

Scottsdale Mint's flagship product line. I conceived the entire program: chose the commanders, designed the coins, created the logo, and illustrated the promotional posters in a dramatic, painterly style inspired by epic game art. Patton, Caesar, Cortés, Napoleon, Charlemagne, Washington, and Alexander so far. Series is planned for 12. I worked with 3D sculptors and the die team to execute every coin. $18.9M in revenue.

Product Photography

I built the product photography system at Scottsdale Mint from scratch — 500+ SKUs across bullion, legal tender, dealer materials, and marketing collateral. Custom lighting rigs, standardized workflows, batch processing. But the system was built to serve the product, not the other way around. Every line required a different approach to show the material, finish, and detail correctly. The experience taught me how to photograph anything at volume without dropping quality.

Roland Tray Builder

Custom manufacturing software I built so we could print color bars at scale. Before this, every tray was manual. The tool eliminated additional fabrication labor costs and made hundreds of color bar SKUs possible. Without it, the $5.7M color product line doesn't exist at volume.

Photography Pipeline

I built the entire product photography system from scratch. Custom lighting rigs, standardized workflows, batch processing for 500+ SKUs. Repeatable quality at scale — the system handles volume without dropping standards.

Wholesale Dashboard

Designed and project-managed a real-time inventory and ordering dashboard for WooCommerce. The wholesale process used to run through email with one staff member. I led the UI/UX, coordinated with clients and sales on feedback, and automated the entire workflow. $327M+ in system volume processed.
